Ravie Nuage isn’t really indie(Correction, thanks to danielionss from Youtube), but whatever, I like the song.
I always believed the feeling of emptiness and peace to be synonymous. People, especially those around my age, often scramble to find meaning in life, and fearing the many what-if’s. What if all of this amounts to nothing, what if this is all that life is, full of loneliness, hopelessness, and pointlessness. Oddly enough, such nihilistic outlook doesn’t seem to bother me at the least. So what if all of this amounts to nothing, and so what if this is all that life is. Isn’t it rather soothing to know that in the end, nothing matters? Love the jazzy part in the middle by the way.
